At Ruti, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
